Over the years we have been honored to get to work with some big names, but for filmmakers, there a few names bigger than Clint Eastwood. The iconic Hollywood actor and award winning director is the very definition of a living legend and shows no signs of slowing down. At the age of 87, the filmmaker has a new movie to promote “The 15:17 To Paris”. So when Director of Photography Jonathan Belinski got the opportunity to fly out to Pebble Beach to film with Mr. Eastwood, needless to say, it was a special day. He and Producer Ross Tiernan chose to film in black and white for a clean, classic look. Jonathan was shooting on Red Weapon Helium Cameras fitted with Leica Summicron-C prime lenses and the lighting design was conceived and executed to be elegant and natural. Definitely not your typical shoot, this is certainly one we will remember.
