Like a Boss – The Boss TV SpotWe recently got the chance to film a commercial for Universal Pictures’ The Boss starring Melissa McCarthy. The project was actually edited into a series of TV spots that feature some hilarious sketches where Melissa’s bossy character comes down to a basketball gym and tries to teach NBA stars J.J. Redick and DeAndre Jordan a thing or two. The basketball gym was actually an awesome custom built set which allowed both the crew and the talent the opportunity to show off their stuff. The lighting crew was able to work around the set walls to cast a nice soft light so there was plenty of room for improvisation on set. Safe to say, Melissa had everyone cracking up and we all had a blast.
