One of the more outrageous shoots in recent memory, we got the chance to film some very fun commercials for a new Milk ad campaign. The concept is to dare people to drink milk in unexpected situations, like when eating Korean Tacos… while standing in front of a humongous wind turbine or eating Buffalo chicken lettuce wraps… while riding in a hopping lowrider. Needless to say these crazy setups provided some great visuals. Shooting in a large studio space in LA, Director of Photography Jonathan Belinski had to bring in some supplemental lighting to accommodate the high speed recording of theses silly stunts. Outfitted with the super fast Leica Summicron-C prime lenses, we definitely pushed the limits of the Red Epic Dragon Cameras in order to capture every gloriously messy frame of the chaos.
